MySharePrice is purely an educational, research, and financial information platform designed to aggregate and visualize publicly available data regarding Indian listed companies (NSE & BSE).

None of the content, calculations, metrics, ratios, or rankings presented on this platform constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor an endorsement or recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security.

02.Use of Content & License

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the platform for your personal, non-commercial research purposes. You agree not to:

MySharePrice does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data displayed.

Under no circumstances shall MySharePrice, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or investment capital losses—arising from the use or inability to use this platform.

05.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
